Transcription can happen from standard cassette, mini-cassette, video, and digital sources. Transcription Services include:

Transcription Services
We provide transcription ranges because the actual time required to transcribe the material is dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to: talking speed, background noise, audio quality and enunciation. Transcription ranges are guidelines. Quotes, will not be finalized until we are able to preview the source material and better determine how much time will be required to transcribe your material.
Projects are 5 - 7 business days. If a rush job is required, an additional $25/hour is added to the package of choice. If audio is not clear, an additional $25/hour will be added to the package. Multiple voice projects pricing will be determined after review.
Our rates include "editing as we transcribe" and running spell check on your transcript.
(Transcription is writing your word verbatim, not correcting grammar or sentence structure.)
The number of hours required depends on the clarity of the material.
0 - 15 minutes 1 - 2 hours
15 - 30 minutes 3 - 4 hours
30 - 45 minutes 5 - 6 hours
45 - 60 minutes 7 - 9 hours
